When my order will it be treated ?
When ordering on our website, your order is processed immediately and shipped as soon as possible (usually the day after your order) to ensure quick service and quality.
Is my order will be packaged well ?
We pack our products carefully in bubble wrap, so you will have no fear of breakage or loss due to package.
What if I want to test a foundation before buying it ?
If you hesitate between two shades of our liquid foundation, BB cream or base, contact us immediately after ordering at our online store, specifying the desired colors, so we can add them to your order. We suggest to leave a message throughout the order process, you'll see a section where you can easily leave a message, that way we can see it right away before handling your order.
Do you test on animals ?
All of OFRA Cosmetics’ high quality products are health department approved, hypoallergenic, and manufactured in the United States. No animal testing is done in OFRA Cosmetic Laboratories and the entire line is vegan. OFRA Cosmetics prides itself on being an animal cruelty-free company as members of both PETA and Leaping Bunny.
Do you have a physical store ?
We have not yet physical store. You can order our products directly from the online shop OFRA Cosmetics Caraïbes. Our customer service remains attentive when needed or advice.

You can take a look at our makeup tutorials. We do our utmost to provide maximum informations and tips in these videos.
What are the costs and delivery times ?
Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Standard shipping to the French West Indies amounts to 4.90€ and is available from 50€. To mainland France and other Overseas Territory delivery is 9.90€ and is free from 80€. For deliveries elsewhere in Europe we prefer for security reasons to deliver by registered (delivery against signature) and delivery amounts up to 20€. We do not have our own carrier for now and use the Colissimo service (Postal service) the rates shown are therefore those applied by Postal Services when the shipping fees are offered to you they are on our charge.
How to track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to see your tracking number by login on our website. You will be able to check the status of your order on the site Colissimo.fr
What are your payment methods and are they safe ?
We use only online payment methods Paybox and Paypal, two secure platforms. If you choose as payment Paybox it may be that additional security measure is additional to the order process, asking you to insert a code received by phone to make sure you are the right card holder . This security measure is only to protect you from possible fraud. We also accept Cash Terms and Wiretransfers, you can pick one of this payment method at checkout.
Do you accept cash terms ?
We do accept cash terms, you can choose this method of payment at the store when ordering. You will receive by mail the information necessary to complete the transaction. Your order will be processed and shipped, however, only when payment received. If after 30 days the payment of your order has not been received, we will be forced to cancel your order and your products will not be shipped.
How to change, modify or cancel my order?
If for some reason you want to modify, change or cancel your order thank you to kindly contact us immediately after your online order for any changes. Because once processed and shipped your order can not be changed or canceled.
I am professional or student, how to benefit from pro discounts?
If you are a beauty professional or student in aesthetics you can benefit from special discounts. Please make sure to fill this form by clicking here, and do not forget to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to send us the vouchers attachments (card identity, INSEE sheet for professional or academic certificate of this year if you are a student). These pro discounts can not be applied on our professional kits, indeed they are already offered at very attractive rates and can not be stored.
I want to order one of your pro kits, but how?
You can order our professional kits directly from the online store, it is possible to pre-order even in case of breakage. In the case of pre-order, within eight weeks is expected (approximate time production and delivery). The delay might vary depending on the destination.
