Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund of unused items. Defective or damaged products

If a purchased product is found to be defective within 90 days of receipt of your order, please contact us to validate the procedure. Although most products are guaranteed for 90 days after purchase, some are for a longer period.

  • If you notice that a product is damaged at the time of delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Any defective or damaged product returned must be accompanied by a printed example of the problem and the original box in good condition.
  • The return costs generated by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and not refundable.
